We hold stock centrally at our Gauteng location and handle all picking, packing and dispatch via our courier partners. You deliver stock to us on your schedule — we take care of everything after that. Your job is to make great products. Our job is to get them to customers.

Flexible availability — built around how you work
K9 Emporium uses a stock-driven availability model. Your actual stock quantity determines what customers see. You simply tell us what happens when that stock runs out.
In Stock
When you have physical stock with us, products show as In Stock. Once stock runs out, your chosen fallback kicks in automatically.
Made to Order
Set a lead time per product. When stock hits zero, customers can still order and we fulfil once you deliver the next batch. You set how many days you need.
e.g. You set 3 days → customer sees “Allow 5–8 business days”
Out of Stock
If you have supply issues, set a product to Out of Stock. Customers cannot order until you restock and we update the listing.
Fair, transparent, aligned with your success
FREE TO LIST
No upfront fees, no monthly listing fees. We only earn when you sell.
MARKUP MODEL
If you have a suggested retail price, we use it. If not, we agree a markup together and add it to your cost price. We never dictate your cost price — that is yours.

SAMPLE PRODUCTS
For most product types we encourage suppliers to send a sample before or shortly after listing. This lets us check quality and make sure it is appropriate for dogs. We will discuss what makes sense for your products during onboarding.
DOG TESTED
Our own dogs personally test selected products. Their reviews appear on the product page with a paw badge. A dog-tested endorsement is the kind of authentic credibility that money cannot buy.
