1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using K9 Emporium, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via our payment provider (PayFast). You will receive an email confirmation after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Delivery and Collection
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery is available within South Africa only. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Limitation of Liability
K9 Emporium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on our website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
